Hello and Welcome!
Like many people in the world, I have a great story to tell. But my story is a small part of who I am.
I believe in honesty, passion and learning as guiding principles for sharing with others.
A Dad's View is the name of a health care advice column I write for the Grand Rapids Press, where I lived for 19 years. I share my experiences raising three girls, two who have cerebral palsy and drawing from 10 years of experience being a dad, a caregiver and a advocate for my special needs children.
I'm now a resident of Marquette, Mich., and use my background in marketing, public relations and writing to bring the voices of patients, families and caregivers to the general public, healthcare professionals and students of all levels.
